General Tickets

  1. Advanced bookings ONLY Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for cancellations of tickets. If a request for transferring dates of tickets is made with less than 7 days notice before start time of event – no transfer or refund will be available. However, with enough notice, we can try to transfer your ticket to another event. Requests for transferral of tickets can only be made once and a rebooking fee of £10 per ticket will apply.   2. You may sell or gift your ticket to someone else if you cannot make the event. Please contact Arts On Tap with the details of the new attendee, otherwise they may be refused entry. 
  3. If you arrive late to an event you may forfeit your ticket. Customers must arrive on time to join the event. We recommend you arrive 15min early. 
  4. Should an event need to be postponed or rescheduled due to events beyond our control, we will offer attendees a number of options, including alternative dates at the same venue, or other event dates in the local area. A new venue will be found within a reasonable distance from the original venue.
  5. On the rare occasion Arts On Tap cancels an event, all customers will be offered a full refund or ticket transfer option.

Private Bookings

We take full payment for corporate/private bookings prior to the event.

If you needed to cancel your event, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, but we can try our best to rearrange your event to a different date, however a rescheduling fee of 20% will apply.

If the number of people attending the private event decreases after payment has been made, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for those unable to attend.

We take full payment before a private event, to secure the booking. Should you wish to add on any additional people to the event after the invoice has been paid, the cost will be the same price per head as the original booking.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the venue is suitable for the event.

Venue fees must be paid by the customer. We do not include room hire fee in our prices for private events. The venue must have suitable tables and chairs, access to water and a sink.

Tables must be set up before the artist arrives, the artist will not set up or move furniture.

All of our Gift Vouchers and Gift Credits can be redeemed against any of our Brush and Bubbles workshop tickets, or shop merchandise, within 6months of purchase, subject to availability. Gift Vouchers and Gift Credits are non-refundable.

All items are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping Policy

Shipping to mainland UK is free.

UK mainland courier services do not include parcel delivery to places that are not on the main island, like the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly. Should any orders be places with postcodes that fall under these areas, we will sadly have to refund the order for the full amount or charge delivery fees.

Paintings

Artworks used in events are creations of Arts on Tap team of artists and are for instruction purposes only.

Photos

Our artists will be taking photos throughout the classes for use on our social media, website and other promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be in any of the photos just let one of our artists know on the day and we will make sure to leave you out of them!

Food and drink

Food and drink are to be purchased separately. The ticket price does not include this unless explicitly stated.

Food and drink can be purchased from our venues unless otherwise stated.

You may not take your own food and drink into venues, unless explicitly stated.

You must be over 18 to drink at these events. Make sure to pass your correct dietary requirements if your event includes food.

Age Restrictions

Anyone can come to our events but most venues you must be over the age of 18s. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.

Venues

Should a venue not be able to host an event for us on the date specified, we will endeavour to find another suitable venue within a reasonable distance of the original venue, on the same date. Customers will be notified of the change via email. A change of venue does not make customers eligible for a refund, this is standard industry practice.

Accessibility

A lot of our venues are pubs and are situated in older buildings. Please get in touch with us if you have any access needs. We will let you know of venues that have wheelchair and ground floor access. It may already be listed on the booking information.

Dress code

We trust that you will not wear any clothing that you do not mind getting paint on. We provide aprons to minimise the risk of paint ending up on your clothing, we take no responsibility for paint on your personal items or clothing.

All artwork, paintings, photos, graphics, text, audio clips, button icons, slogans, trade names and other intellectual property contained on our website, belongs exclusively to Arts On Tap. You may not use, reproduce, modify, copy, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, distribute or commercially exploit any of the content or otherwise dispose of any of the content in a way not permitted by us, without our express written consent.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The purchaser agrees that the provision of any service, including but not limited to public painting sessions, purchased from our website is at the Purchaser’s sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Arts On Tap will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, or from any services provided from this website or establishment, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. No oral advice or written information given by Arts On Tap nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers’ directors, employees, agents, providers, or the like, shall create a warranty or legal obligation; nor shall the purchaser rely on any such information or advice.
