Terms and Conditions

The following Terms of Service are the terms and conditions that apply to Gift Certificates, Class Reservations, or Private Party deposits.

By using our site, you agree to the terms of this agreement. Please keep a copy of this agreement for your records.

The Gift Certificate is issued to you by Arts On Tap. It allows you to purchase value onto a Gift Certificate for future purchases at any of our classes or  studios. The UK Pound Sterling value that you load onto your Gift Certificate is a prepayment only for the goods and services of an event. No credit card, credit line, overdraft protection or deposit account is associated with a Gift Certificate.  Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this agreement, any amount on your Gift Certificate is non refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. No interest, dividends or any other earnings on funds deposited to a Gift Certificate will accrue or be paid or credited.

Each Gift Certificate has a unique Gift Certificate order number and only one gift certificate account associated with it, no matter how many times the confirmation email or receipt is printed out.

Your Gift Certificate has an expiration date of 6 months from the day of purchase.
